There are a lot of construction jobs in Detroit, and not enough city residents to fill them. Our free Earn + Learn program at Randolph Career Technical Center is part of the job training pipeline to help Detroiters attain these good-paying jobs in the construction trades, such as electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing.

The next Earn + Learn class at Randolph will begin on May 7. We encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity! It’s open to residents of Detroit who are over 18 years old.

The training program is 12 weeks. It meets in the evenings Tuesday through Friday as well as during the day on Saturday.
