Our Earn + Learn skilled trades program at the Randolph Career Technical Center (CTC) is designed to help Detroiters attain good-paying jobs in the construction trades, such as electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), carpentry and plumbing.

Seventeen (17) students in our fourth cohort celebrated their graduation from the program, which consists of four weeks of work-readiness and WorkKeys and then seven weeks of pre-apprenticeship training in the trades. At the event, they were joined by graduating students from Access for All and Detroit Training Center.

Congratulations to all the graduates for completing this important step toward realizing your dreams of a rewarding career in the skilled trades.
