Our licensed Early Head Start (EHS) center is a great choice for parents in southwest Detroit who are working or in school. The center provides early childhood education, enriched childcare and a broad range of support services to help children prepare for success in school.
The program is free and is offered in both English and Spanish to families in the 48210 zip code that meet certain income requirements set by the federal government. Capacity is 24.
The center is located in the Escuela Avancemos Academy at 3811 Cicotte Street. In addition to the center, our EHS program offers home-based services to eligible families.
