Elizabeth Sutton, who teaches art classes at the Detroit Institute of Arts, volunteered to work with individuals at Go-Getters. The center serves those living with mental illness, many of whom are homeless or formerly homeless. Elizabeth helped the individuals make centerpieces for the upcoming Go-Getters holiday party. Elizabeth herself is a photographer. She a member of 555 Gallery and Studios, which will soon be moving into our new Creative Arts Center in southwest Detroit.
