Resident Services

Resident Services is a program offered by Southwest Housing Solutions to improve the quality of life of the tenants residing in the buildings we manage. The program helps residents access educational opportunities, employment training and support services. It offers workshops that teach financial literacy, household safety, and other ways residents can plan toward a better future. The program also facilitates a Tenant Advisory Council comprised of resident representatives who provide us feedback that we use to better serve tenant needs and interests.

Services:

The mission of Southwest Housing Solutions is not only to provide good, affordable housing, but to build a healthier and more prosperous community. We want our residents to succeed. Resident Services offers many opportunities for individuals, families and youth to improve their lives. In addition to educational opportunities, employment training and support services, we offer eviction prevention counseling, tenant dispute mediation, after school programs, summer youth programs, beautification projects, social and holiday activities, and numerous community events.

We appreciate that many individuals and families in our apartments are struggling with difficult issues. We are always willing to work with residents who need our understanding and assistance, and who are committed to bettering their lives and their environment. At the same time, we value and encourage feedback from our residents about how we can improve our buildings and our services.
