  • $110M in development completed
  • 26 multistory buildings renovated for residential and/or commercial use
  • Began construction of 39-unit Mack-Ashland supportive housing project, which includes 6,000 sq. ft. of retail space
  • Acquired, renovated and sold 20 REO single-family homes (donated by banks) in 2012 that were vacant and are now owner-occupied
  • Developed Piquette Square, a $23-million, 150-unit supportive housing facility for homeless veterans
  • Revitalized the former Third Precinct building into a community cultural center that opened in spring 2012; project recognized as model for repurposing vacant structures in Detroit
  • 130,000 sq. ft. of retail space developed and/or managed
  • 96% occupancy of our commercial lease space
  • Revitalized historic Albert Kahn warehouse at 5716 Michigan - a $12 million project - into integrated heathcare center
  • Received "Reinventing Michigan" award from Gov. Snyder at 5716 Wellness
  • Received Build Michigan award for 5716 Wellness
  • Piquette Square for Veterans received the Phoenix Award for National Community Impact, the nation’s highest honor for excellence in brownfield redevelopment
  • Piquette Square for Veterans earned prestigious “Developments of Distinction” award in Community Impact category
  • Leased all 44 units of Hubbard Communities, our $8.2M single-family home and townhouse development
  • Completed renovation of Rademacher Lodge building and leased the space
  • Demolished 24 blighted structures near our real estate assets
